We are very pleased to see this development! In New Mexico, there is no way that the 1700 trapping license buyers, most of whom are instate residents paying a mere $20, are adequate to fund the administration of trapping here either. Hunter dollars subsidize trapping in this state. Or alternatively, trapping is inadequately managed for lack of funding.
